A property management firm in New York City is seeking a new Workday Prism Consultant to support a data consolidation initiative focused on global payroll and benefits data.

Responsibilities:
- Use Workday Prism to consolidate payroll, compensation, and benefits data from multiple global sources
- Aggregate and standardize data from spreadsheets, files, and various systems into a centralized analytics layer
- Build data pipelines and transformations within Prism to support reporting and analytics
- Prepare and structure total compensation data (salary, allowances, benefits, etc.)
- Support integration of aggregated data with a third-party platform used for compensation insights
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability for analytics and compliance reporting
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism
- Experience consolidating data from multiple sources (files, spreadsheets, external systems)
- Familiarity with Workday HCM ecosystem
- Experience working with compensation and payroll-related datasets
- Ability to quickly ramp up and work independently in an established Workday environment
