Responsibilities:
- Managing and configuring Workday HCM & Recruiting Functional Areas to meet business requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors for seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other systems
- Ensuring the delivery of timely, quality services that meet Service Level Agreements
- Leading Workday HCM & Recruiting projects, from planning to post-mortem improvements
- Partnering with technology leads and business owners to support a strong HRIS foundation
- Optimizing Workday systems to meet organizational needs and driving value
- Collaborating with leadership on cross-functional initiatives to implement system solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving system tickets beyond tier 1 support
- Supporting mass data conversions, transformations, and Workday EIBs
- Participating in project planning and management for successful delivery of Workday projects
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, including at least five (5) years in Workday HCM configuration
- 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting configuration
- Experience with Workday Questionnaire
- Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset
- Organizational skills with ability to balance multiple priorities
