About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-call availability
- Hours: Standard working hours with some flexibility
- Setting: Diverse environments, including supportive housing and shelters
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of properties across NYC
- Overseeing departmental budgets and contracts
- Leading renovation projects to meet building code standards
- Supervising maintenance crews and facilities operations
- Developing strategic plans for future maintenance operations
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate and Maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong facilities management and operational leadership skills
- Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and team leadership abilities
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with military veterans
- Familiarity with Property Operations and Safety protocols
- Background in Nonprofit work
