About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Leading data control measures and initiatives
- Ensuring the integrity and security of data systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data policies
- Overseeing compliance with data governance standards
- Driving innovation in data management and controls
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Management & Controls
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in Data Governance and Security frameworks
- Proficiency with Data Analysis and Management tools
- Strong understanding of Regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Advanced skills in Data Analytics & Strategy
