A biotech company in New Jersey is seeking a new Vendor Management Contractor to join their team in Plainsboro, focusing on contract management and vendor coordination within the U.S. market.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST; 40-hour work week)
- Setting: Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Serving as a primary contact for contract intake and workflow coordination
- Collecting and validating contract information from stakeholders
- Maintaining vendor records in internal systems
- Supporting the onboarding of new vendors and collaborating on vendor selection
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Contract Administration or Vendor Coordination
- Associate's Degree
- Experience managing complex vendor contracts
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of sourcing-to-pay processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Certification in Project Management or Procurement
- Proficiency in Contract Management software
