About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to elicit UX requirements
- Converting requirements into user personas, scenarios, and journey maps
- Creating low-fidelity UI concepts and driving stakeholder reviews
- Designing high-fidelity UI interfaces and ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborating cross-functionally throughout the delivery lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of UX/UI Design experience
- Proven ability to run stakeholder workshops
- Experience translating requirements into personas and journey maps
- Expertise in low- and high-fidelity design deliverables
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- Background in Clinical Trials
- Knowledge of Clinical Trial Data Management processes and visuals
- Familiarity with CSS and modern design tools
