A recognized retail company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Senior Project Manager to lead a UKG/Kronos implementation project.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Remote or office locations in East Rutherford, NJ or Bethesda, MD
Responsibilities:
- Leading project management activities for UKG/Kronos implementation
- Collaborating with the Program Manager to align project objectives
- Managing the transition from system build to post-go-live support
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors
- Developing detailed project plans, risk logs, and issue tracking
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with UKG/Kronos
- Experience in enterprise HR, Timekeeping, and Payroll projects
- Solid understanding of full implementation lifecycles
- Exceptional communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and strong attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- UKG/Kronos certifications
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification
- Change Management experience
