A health services network in New York City is seeking to fill an immediate need by adding a new Training Specialist. In this full-time role, the Training Specialist will be responsible for ensuring professional development across the organization through virtual and onsite training sessions.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 9+ months
- Schedule: Full Time
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break)
- Department: Strategic Sourcing
Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual and onsite training sessions to diverse groups
- Providing personalized support through office hours and rounding
- Supporting employees and managers with various training needs
- Participating in system upgrades and new product implementations
- Designing and developing effective training content
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency/intermediate in Training Content Development
- Technical proficiency in Content Design tools
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Advanced teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, etc.
- Solid understanding of Adult Learning Theory
