A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Training Instructor to join their team in Winchester, Virginia or the Pensacola, Florida area.
Responsibilities:- Implement and facilitate training programs for assigned business areas
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop, test, and refine training materials, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and class schedules
- Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend updates or modifications
- Review operational processes to identify training needs and effective learning solutions
- Identify organizational development gaps and recommend solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Provide training support to branch teams to meet business needs
- Perform basic research and routine tasks of limited scope as assigned
- 1–5 years of experience in training, facilitation, learning & development, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences
- Basic analytical and research skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with instructional design teams or structured training programs.
- Experience in operational, compliance, or process-driven environments.
- Financial services or corporate training experience
