A financial services company is actively seeking a new Trade Processing Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the Trade Processing Analyst will be responsible for the full post0-execution support for all equity trading activity and products.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week at their New York City or North Carolina location.***
Responsibilities:
- Allocations are completed timely on trade date
- Ensuring client accounts are set up in each relevant system
- Working with Tokyo Office to facilitate their market-making needs (will require partial coverage on US Holidays)
- Proactive management and timely escalation of emerging risks/issues to relevant stakeholders and senior management
- Preparation of departmental metrics and reports as required
- Proactive mitigation of risk by reviewing and strengthening procedures and identifying opportunities for process enhancement
- Assistance with internal and external reviews focusing on operational processes
- Collaboration with relevant stakeholders (including but not limited to Front Office, Technology, Compliance and Risk) to deliver against targeted business strategies and initiatives
- Assistance with projects/initiatives related to enhancing current processes and controls, including planning and implementation
- Perform ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
- 2+ years of experience working in a trade support capacity
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Bloomberg TOMS, Pershing Netx360, or Broadridge IMPACT and ULLINK
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
