A financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Test Automation Engineer for a Remote position, supporting both manual and automated testing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting complex testing initiatives across system integration, regression, and functional testing efforts
- Ensuring system quality and compliance with enterprise testing standards
- Creating and executing both manual and automated test cases
- Utilizing AI tools to enhance and optimize test cases
- Troubleshooting and maintaining automation scripts
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and/or Test Automation
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Test Case Management, and AI tools
- Proficiency in Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Experience with Manual and Automated Test Execution
- Experience with Defect Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing practices
- Familiarity with Enterprise Automation tools like UFT
- Experience in Audit/Compliance-driven Testing initiatives
- Experience within highly regulated enterprise environments
