A commercial real estate services firm in Virginia is seeking a Tenant Services Administrator to support tenant inquiries, service coordination, and daily property operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-volume office property with a mix of tenant service and administrative responsibilities.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
- Answer phones, respond to tenant questions, and provide day-to-day administrative support
- Process a high volume of invoices and support other property accounting tasks as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to support repairs, inspections, and service follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and related property activities
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management
- Experience using Yardi and Nexus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with both commercial and residential properties
- Basic knowledge of lease agreements and rental regulations
- General understanding of building maintenance processes
