Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Performing IT support functions to maintain efficiency
- Monitoring and operating computer systems and networks
- Configuring desktops, peripherals, and user accounts
- Installing and updating software, ensuring system compatibility
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of directly related experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environment support
- Professional troubleshooting skills with executive interface
- Ability to triage and prioritize issues
- Strong documentation skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, and/or Mathematics
- Certifications in relevant IT support areas
