A media services organization is seeking a new Technical Project Manager for Production Engineering based in New York, NY / Englewood Cliffs, NJ. In this role, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of production engineering initiatives for live broadcast and media delivery systems.

Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day execution of technical projects across production engineering and infrastructure teams
- Building and maintaining project plans, timelines, task tracking, and status reporting
- Tracking deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Supporting projects related to broadcast systems, live production workflows, and media delivery platforms
- Managing projects and team coordination for live broadcasts, sports events, and breaking news coverage
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Technical Coordination roles
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience supporting technical or production-related projects
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tracking systems
- Experience in Media, Broadcast, Streaming, or Live Production environments
- Exposure to Production Systems, such as playout, encoding, or media delivery workflows
- Experience in fast-paced or time-sensitive environments
