A client in the financial industry is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (on-site as needed, likely 1-2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Project management related to platform migration efforts (SaaS program)
- Tracking and creating dashboards within MS Project
- Maintain and organize product backlogs by capturing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and business requirements
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinement sessions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to define objectives, capture requirements, and ensure alignments
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain steady delivery progress
- Support effective communication between teams, leadership, and stakeholders by maintaining transparency around project status, issues, and next steps
- Oversee documentation processes to ensure project artifacts, deliverables, and decisions are accurate, accessible, and properly maintained
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Project Planning and Tracking
- Expertise with MS Project
- Strong understanding of the technical nature of migration projects
- Excellent skills in Stakeholder Management
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
