A consumer products company in New Jersey is looking to add a new Technical Project Manager, overseeing various sizes of technical projects in a hybrid working environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 6+ months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days on-site, flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning and execution of technical projects from initiation to closure
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure timely delivery
- Identifying and allocating resources required for project execution
- Managing project risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ yeasrs of proven experience in Technical Project Management.
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with retail-related projects and systems.
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative methodologies
- Proficiency in Project Management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new challenges
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in using MS Project
