An entertainment organization in New York City is seeking a new Technical Project Manager, focusing on infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations projects in a hybrid work environment.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations projects from initiation through delivery.
- Partnering with teams to define scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Driving projects involving on-prem hardware upgrades and standardization.
- Coordinating cloud migration initiatives, including planning and execution.
- Maintaining detailed project plans and facilitating cross-functional meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Technical Project Management experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in technical project management
- Relevant education or degree
- Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure
- Experience with cloud migration projects
- Project management fundamentals
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and follow-through capabilities
- Ability to influence and drive accountability
Desired Qualifications:
- Applicable certifications such as PMP
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Understanding of virtualization and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
