A services organization in Vienna, VA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of marketing data science initiatives in a hybrid environment.
About the Opportunity:

- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional delivery of marketing data and analytics initiatives, including data integrations, analytic enablement, model activation, and measurement frameworks
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Serve as the primary operational partner to marketing data science teams, supporting intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics use cases
- Coordinate with data engineering, architecture, security, risk, and enterprise technology teams to support data ingestion, access, and platform readiness
- Support governance and operational readiness for analytics solutions, ensuring they move from discovery or proof of concept into repeatable production use
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Technical Program Manager role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical or data-driven programs
- Strong understanding of analytics, data platforms, and how models and insights are operationalized
- Proven ability to work effectively with data scientists, engineers, and business partners
- Advanced program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent experience and training
- Experience supporting Marketing Analytics, Decision Science, or Data-informed Personalization
- Familiarity with Enterprise Data Governance, Security, and Privacy considerations
- Experience enabling AI or advanced analytics use cases within regulated environments
