A recognized property management firm is seeking a new Technical Lead - ServiceNow (WSD) for a remote position to support a new ServiceNow implementation. In this role, the Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical delivery and stabilization of the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery platform during its go-live phase.

Responsibilities:
- Leading technical implementation and stabilization of ServiceNow WSD
- Owning technical design and configuration of workflows and service catalogs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
- Establishing and documenting technical standards
- Overseeing integrations and data readiness
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- Experience with workplace operations or facilities services
- Solid understanding of platform configuration, integrations, and data models
- Experience with go-live activities and platform stabilization
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a confidential environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Applicable certifications in ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management
