About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis
- Identifying automation and augmentation opportunities
- Providing estimates on AI enhancements and working on AI feasibility analysis
- Configuring and deploying Google Gemini instances ("Gems")
- Communicating AI benefits to non-technical stakeholders
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in AI and business analysis
- Associate’s Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field
- Expertise in Google AI technology
- Ability to create clear process documentation
- Proficiency in prompt engineering
- Exceptional listening skills
- Clear communication and explanation skills
- Versatility in adapting to different departmental needs
