About the Opportunity:

- Hours: Standard business (40 per week)
- Setting: Fully remote with periodic travel to major locations (NY, NJ, FL, CA)
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing communications and knowledge standards.
- Advising partners on best practices and methodologies for technology adoption.
- Managing the governance framework for technical and operational curricula.
- Overseeing the lifecycle of learning content.
- Optimizing LMS functionality and integrating AI systems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in Technical and Operational Curriculum Development
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and LMS administration
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
