A nonprofit organization in New York City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 3+ months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday:
- Hours: 40 hours a week (35 hours paid; 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Hybrid (onsite Tuesday to Thursday)
Responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle Talent Acquisition for assigned roles
- Coordinating and managing panel interviews
- Developing recruitment strategies and talent pipelines
- Maintaining candidate tracking and recruitment documentation
- Supporting Human Capital processes and initiatives
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience in full-cycle Recruitment
- Familiarity with Recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Nonprofit organizations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
