A human services organization in Rockland County, New York is actively seeking a new Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their staff remotely.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (flexible to 7 hours per day)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Independent sourcing of candidates
- Pre-screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various roles
- Serving as a liaison during the interview and selection process
- Planning and coordinating recruitment events and initiatives
- Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Recruiting experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Knowledge of employment laws and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and ATS
- Experience with diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of Substance Use and Mental Illness
