A recognized health services organization in Tennessee is seeking a new Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their growing team to help drive operations and entry-level recruitment.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Remote or hybrid if local to Chattanooga
Responsibilities:
- Supporting operations hiring efforts
- Assisting with team projects
- Addressing increased candidate fraud concerns
- Engaging in on-site or final in-person ID verification
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Proficiency in using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
