An entertainment provider in NYC is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join its Recruiting team. This individual will play a key role in guiding candidates through the hiring process, supporting Recruiters, and managing recruiting activities across multiple business areas.
***Hybrid 3 dates onsite in NYC***
***6 month contract with strong possibility of extension***
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling for candidates.
- Assist with requisition management and candidate relationship building.
- Manage data quality and integrity through transaction processing and audits.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS.
- Interact with staff at all levels and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
- Coordinate interviews using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
- Work within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Use ticketing and collaboration technology, ideally ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition support or coordination role.
- Strong interest in supporting Recruiters and managing hiring process logistics.
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to providing strong internal client and customer service.
- Proactive, organized, and able to follow through on projects.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
