A recognized biotech company in New Jersey is looking to add a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and HR leadership.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (40-hour work week)
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Providing tactical support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Scheduling candidate interviews and managing travel arrangements
- Ensuring interviews are confirmed and coordinating with HR leadership
- Managing records in the applicant tracking system
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management or scheduling experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Workday or other ATS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
