A healthcare organization is seeking a TA Partner for an opportunity in Stamford, CT. This role is focused on full-cycle recruitment for allied health positions and partners with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and secure qualified talent.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: Flexible start times between 7:30am and 9am (7.5-hour workday)
- Setting: Hybrid (after the first 90 days; fully onsite during the first 90 days)
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned allied health roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews.
- Coordinate candidate communication, interview logistics, and offer-stage activities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection methods
- Knowledge of human resources regulations, including EEO/AA, ADA, and FLSA
- Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office or equivalent software
- Experience with HR databases
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
