A consumer products company in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a new Systems Analyst to develop and document new applications and support various departmental systems.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: TBD
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Writing, debugging, and testing code
- Performing discovery and analysis
- Communicating with users to understand business needs
- Creating and maintaining system documentation
- Coordinating application implementations
- Providing organizational support
- Ensuring standardization
- Providing peer training as needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Forms and Reports 12c
- 5+ years of PL/SQL experience; 2+ years of APEX (version 21 or higher) experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of relational databases and Oracle database 11g or higher
- Ability to troubleshoot custom Oracle forms and reports
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Desired Skills:
- Python and EDI X12 experience
- Java and Web Development experience
- Experience designing and developing custom Oracle scripts
- Retail background focusing on Merchandising, Supply Chain, POS systems
