- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid
- Shift: Core business hours
- Schedule: On-site 3-4 days per week
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and supporting a Hyper-V cluster, including shared storage and load balancing
- Collaborating with IT and development teams
- Leading technical projects and resolving issues
- Providing solutions for system optimization
- Offering on-site support and rapid response to infrastructure needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Systems Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven expertise with Hyper-V Clustering
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with network engineering tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong documentation abilities
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in similar roles
- MCSA, MCSE, or Fortinet NSE Certification
- Knowledge of Fortinet networking equipment
- Experience in a manufacturing IT environment
- Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage systems
