A New York City-based education network is actively seeking a new Junior System Administrator and a Senior System Administrator to focus on system administration and support.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days on-site: Tuesday-Thursday)
Responsibilities:
- Triaging and resolving ServiceNow requests
- Providing sysadmin-level support for Google Admin Console and Jamf (Apple MDM)
- Acting as the first escalation point above help desk
- Troubleshooting SSO, MFA issues, and user access requests
- Participating in project work and security posture improvements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant IT/Systems Administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Okta or SSO platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with MacOS troubleshooting
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Okta knowledge
- Experience with Scripting and/or Automation
