About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Configuring and optimizing Core HCM and related modules
- Designing and maintaining organizational structures
- Managing Workday security and compliance
- Configuring business processes and eligibility rules
- Building advanced reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Workday HCM functional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Workday certifications preferred
- Expertise in Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits
- Proficiency in reporting and data management
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Problem-solving skills
