A telecommunications organization in Stamford, CT is seeking a Sr. Pega Developer to join their team. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement strategies through Pega CDH.

- Developing and implementing solutions using Pega CDH to enhance customer engagement strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows and decisioning processes
- Utilizing Python and SQL to support data-driven decision-making and application enhancements
- Optionally leveraging Apache Airflow for efficient workflow automation and scheduling
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant Pega certifications (e.g., Certified Pega Business Architect, Certified Pega System Architect)
- CDH Expertise: Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Solid experience with SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Master's degree in a related field
- Additional certifications in Pega
- Experience with Apache Airflow
- Experience in telecommunications
