Responsibilities:
The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing large, complex IT projects from initiation to completion, covering all phases like planning, design, testing, and cutover
- Collaborating with business and functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Overseeing all project aspects, including resources, dependencies, change management, and budget
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including third-party vendor coordination
- Ensuring project objectives are met within the constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent
- PMP or equivalent PM certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage within a matrixed organization
- Vendor partner management expertise
- Business relationship management skills
- Proficiency in project management information systems
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects concurrently
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills
