Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
- Build NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions
- Train, test, and evaluate models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
- Fine-tune pre-trained models for business use cases
- Deploy AI solutions using APIs, containers, or microservices and support production monitoring
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on AI tool experience
- Experience programming in Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with AWS and model deployment in cloud environments
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and version control using Git
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Desired Skills:
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or Claude tools
- Experience with Docker, ECS, EKS, or CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Spark, data pipelines, or ETL processes
- Understanding of distributed systems
