A health services organization in Tennessee is actively seeking a new skilled QA Automation Analyst, with experience in Selenium and Java, to focus on backend automation and testing processes.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing test strategies, plans, and cases
- Performing backend testing, including file processing and data validation
- Designing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
- Building and enhancing test automation frameworks
- Performing API automation testing using tools like Rest Assured
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Education, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java)
- Experience with Test automation framework development (POM or Hybrid)
- Experience with API automation (Rest Assured) skills
- Experience with SQL / relational database testing
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage testing efforts across small to mid-sized projects
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Unix and/or Mainframe environments
- Solid understanding of the Healthcare domain
- Familiarity with IT industry standards (ITIL, COBIT, IEEE)
- Experience with Backend Systems (non-GUI environments)
