A pediatric educational setting in Rochester, NY is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services for students ages 5-22 in a collaborative school-based environment. This role supports individualized therapy, assessments, and care coordination across classroom and residential settings.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility; part-time considered
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals and treatment plans
- Evaluate receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, oral-motor skills, and hearing-related communication needs
- Conduct standardized and observational assessments to inform service planning and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, social workers, and support staff to carry over therapeutic strategies across educational and residential settings
- Document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, reports, and meeting outcomes while participating in IEP, case conference, and department meetings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- At least 3 years of experience working with children as a Speech Language Pathologist
