A New York City-based nonprofit organization is actively seeking a new Speech Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC) to support a diverse range of young children with speech and language needs.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Part-time opportunities are available)
- Hours: 8am to 3:30pm (part-time available)
Responsibilities:
- Assessing speech-language skills for therapy needs
- Providing quality speech therapy services as mandated on the IEP
- Consulting and interfacing with colleagues at team meetings
- Providing parent training and communication
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and/or NYS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- New York State Certificate as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience with IDD population
