A health services organization in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join their Day Habilitation program in Brooklyn.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday and Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
- Setting: Day Habilitation Program
Responsibilities:
- Providing therapy during Day Hab hours
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Documenting in the PrecisionCare system
- Collaborating with DSPs, Day Hab staff, and other clinicians
- Focusing on wellness and progress of clients
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- NYS Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Solid understanding of Behavioral differences
Desired Skills:
- Solid understanding of Medicaid/Medicare requirements
- Experience with PrecisionCare or similar systems
