A leading organization located in Newark is currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist Level 3 to join their team. This role involves overseeing the procurement of goods and services, with a focus on RFPs and SOWs for IT-related projects.

Responsibilities:
The Sourcing Specialist Level 3 will be responsible for:
- Developing and coordinating Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and assisting with internal processes
- Performing competitive marketplace assessments and obtaining proposals/quotes
- Negotiating contract terms and collaborating on proper SOW development
- Supporting the Category Sourcing Manager with additional duties and special projects
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT sourcing experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and Platform sourcing
- Knowledge of IT Security software procurement
- Familiarity with Workday and its Strategic Sourcing Module
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong negotiating abilities
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated problem solver
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification
- Knowledge of strategic procurement procedures
