A nonprofit services organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Sourcer to join their growing team in Lower Manhattan.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Tuesday to Thursday mandatory onsite)
- Hours: 9am to 5:30pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates
- Supporting hiring efforts tied to market expansion and new geographic growth
- Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake to identify talent
- Building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines
- Crafting outreach messages to attract candidates
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Sourcing and/or Recruiting experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Strong written communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
