A services organization in Hollywood, Florida, is actively seeking a new SOP Writer to join their Fleet Management team, developing standard operating procedures by collaborating with internal staff.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (40 hr work week)
- Setting: Office environment
Responsibilities:
- Writing, reviewing, and updating SOPs for various processes
- Ensuring all SOPs are clear, concise, and compliant with relevant regulations
- Collaborating with department heads and staff to gather necessary information for SOP development
- Conducting regular reviews and audits of existing SOPs to identify areas for improvement
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience writing SOPs and policies
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Fleet and/or Fixed Asset Management
- Knowledge of Adobe
- Experience with Policy Development and Implementation
- Knowledge of Regulatory requirements related to Fleet Management
