A Florida-based healthcare organization is seeking a new Solutions Engineer to join its Orlando team, focusing on application deployment in a hybrid work environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing systems and providing technical solutions
- Defining system requirements and specifications
- Providing design reviews and resolving technical issues
- Developing and implementing a cohesive solution architecture
- Conducting Level-2 support and technical presentations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a Technical environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- One certification in Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, or Citrix
- Proficiency with the Microsoft stack
- Experience with Active Directory, Citrix, Intune, SCCM
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments
- Effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Rightfax experience
- Experience with Windows and Group Policy
- Knowledge of Enterprise-level environments
