A leading hospital in New York City is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join their Inpatient Behavioral Health team, where they will support the psychosocial needs of patients within an acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial psychiatric assessments and developing treatment plans
- Providing psychotherapeutic interventions and crisis intervention
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for case disposition
- Engaging with patients’ families as partners in recovery
- Documenting interventions within required regulatory timeframes
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Valid LMSW license in New York State
- Experience with psychiatric assessments and treatments
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR systems
Desired Skills:
- Additional certifications in Psychiatry
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Multilingual communication skills
