About the Opportunity:
- Onsite
- Shift: Monday - Friday
- Schedule: 7:30-8 a.m. to 3:30-4 p.m.
- Hours: 8:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. (school) and consultations
Responsibilities:
- Participating as a member of the admissions team
- Completing social service assessments
- Developing and maintaining treatment plans and social service goals
- Providing social work assessment, counseling, and referrals
- Supporting clients and families with discharge and long-term planning
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Licensed Master’s Degree in Social Work (LMSW)
- Proficiency in social work services for children
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Experience with IEPs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Empathy and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with non-verbal children
