A property management firm is actively seeking a new Skilled Trade Recruiter for a great Remote opportunity with their team.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours a week; MT or CT hours preferred)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
- Performing searches for qualified candidates using various resources
- Interviewing applicants to obtain information on work history and skills
- Preparing and maintaining employment records
- Contacting applicants regarding employment possibilities
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Recruitment experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
- Proficiency in standard Recruiting platforms, like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment legal policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and independent working skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience specifically in Skilled Trade Recruitment
- Workday or Phenom experience
- Experience with Strategic Planning in Recruitment
