A property management firm in Chicago, Illinois, is looking to add a new Skilled Trade Recruiter to their team to primarily focus on supporting with high-volume recruiting.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 3+ months
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week (MST or CST preferred, EST possible)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
- Conducting searches for qualified candidates using various resources
- Interviewing applicants to assess qualifications and skills
- Preparing and maintaining employment records
- Communicating with applicants regarding opportunities and application status
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Recruitment experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
- Proficiency in Workday and/or Phenom
- Experience with high-volume skilled Trades Recruiting
- Basic knowledge of hiring-related legal policies and procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
- Experience with Sourcing Strategies from platforms, like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Excellent networking abilities
