A recognized tech services company is actively seeking a new ServiceNow IRM & App Engine Consultant to lead the design and implementation of risk and compliance solutions across our financial services operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow App Engine to support risk and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, audit, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Configure and extend ServiceNow using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Integration Hub
- Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to security and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance on platform best practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, Basel III)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on IRM/GRC implementations
- Strong understanding of financial services risk frameworks and regulatory environments
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, and REST APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules and data model
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
