A New York City education organization is looking to add a new ServiceNow Developer to its team in Manhattan, focusing on asset management integration.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite; Tuesday to Thursday are mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform
- Designing and implementing AI-powered features
- Leading ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and HAM module efforts
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Providing day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and integrations
- Experience supporting ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and HAM
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Experience with platform upgrades and operational enhancements
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with AI Strategy and adoption within ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow employee workflows
- Background in Systems Integration
- Prior experience working in enterprise IT environments
