A Washington, D.C-based services organization is currently seeking a new ServiceNow Developer to support a federal project, focusing on IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management solutions using ServiceNow. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to meet all government background and eligibility requirements. You will be required to obtain Public Trust clearance.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Remote work with some onsite requirements
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions using ServiceNow
- Configuring and optimizing Discovery and Service Mapping for asset auto-discovery
- Maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architecture
- Developing workflows, business rules, and client scripts for HAM processes
- Collaborating with IT operations to deliver comprehensive asset management solutions
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB configuration
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and integration tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with the team and leadership
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HAM module experience
- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with Cloud platforms
- Knowledge of IT Asset management standards
