Tandym group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team doing platform support. This role will be part of a broader delivery team focused on enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM modules.
This is a long-term contract, 100% REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM modules.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Support integration efforts with other systems and platforms.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
